ISO S — Superalloys and Titanium

Titanium, Inconel, nickel-based alloys. Low thermal conductivity, high work hardening. Most difficult material to machine.

For ISO S, always use high-pressure internal cooling (40 bar+), low Vc (30–60 m/min), and fine-grained carbide inserts with TiAlN.
